Step 1:
Requirements
- Application Form (with 2x2 photos)
- Academic Records from Previous School
(1) For elementary, this is locally called 鈥淩eport Card鈥. For secondary, it is called
鈥淭ranscript鈥.
(2) Foreign students must provide an apostille-certified transcript.
(3) If planning to finish up to Grade 12, the Grade 7 transcript must be submitted.
- Copy of Identification:
- • Birth Certificate/PSA or Filipino passport for Filipino students
- • Passport for international students
Note: Special Study Permit (SSP) is issued by the Philippine
Bureau of Immigration unless a 9G or SRRV visa is presented. The school can process Tourist visa
extensions for a fee.

Step 2:
Interview with Principal
Step 3:
Document Review
Completed requirements will be sent to the DepEd Coordinator for assessment (which will take 2-3 days).
Step 4:
Letter of Admission
After school assessment is finished, a Letter of Admission(LOA) will be issued and emailed to parent(s).
Step 5:
Payment Process
Invoice will be issued by the School Finance and sent to the parent(s).
Step 6:
Final Steps
Once the payment is made, uniform fitting will be scheduled, PowerSchool and Saint Paul email log-in
information will be provided.
